Memorandum of Understanding between the National Standards Body of Qatar and ASTM International

James A. Thomas, president, ASTM International, and Dr. Mohammad Saif Al Kuwari, general director, Qatar General Organization of Standards and Metrology (QS), celebrate the partnership of the two organizations with a ceremonial signing of their MOU in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The MOU was formally signed and implemented by QS and ASTM in 2007. MOUs provide the opportunity for ASTM and national standards bodies to join together to achieve standardization goals for both organizations. More.
