Contact Hour Information

Please note Ohio Administrative Code Rule 3745-7-15(D)(3) states, "for those renewals of certificates that will expire on or after December 31, 2008, at least half of an operator's contact hours shall be those determined by the director to be directly related to operations and maintenance."
